We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electric Vehicle (EV) Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with EV systems, diagnostics, and repairs, particularly for brands like Tesla, BYD, Nissan Leaf, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair electrical systems in electric vehicles
- Handle battery system installations, inspections, and maintenance
- Work on EV charging infrastructure, wiring, and circuits
- Conduct system testing, calibration, and troubleshooting
- Maintain service records and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience working on EVs (Tesla experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of high-voltage systems, inverters, and battery packs
- Technical diploma or certification in automotive or electrical engineering
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and service manuals
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- UAE driving license is a plus
