Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Event and Exhibition Branding Manager to lead the visual branding and identity execution across all our live experiences. From trade shows and conferences to branded activations and exhibitions, this role ensures our brand is consistently represented across all physical and digital touchpoints. This role also requires hands-on experience operating key production equipment and machinery used in branding and fabrication processes.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies for events and exhibitions that align with overall brand positioning and business goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, product, and creative teams) to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across channels.
Creative Development
- Lead the creative direction and production of event branding assets, including booth/environment designs, signage, digital displays, collateral, and branded merchandise.
- Ensure all materials meet brand guidelines and effectively engage target audiences.
- Partner with internal designers or external agencies to bring brand concepts to life.
Production & Machine Operation
- Operate and oversee the use of machines and production equipment for in-house branding, including:
- Large format printers
- Vinyl cutters
- Laminators
- CNC routers or laser cutters
- Mounting and finishing tools
- Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and safety procedures for all machines.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to print and fabrication equipment.
- Support production output, prototyping, and last-minute fabrication needs during event prep.
Project & Vendor Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of branding execution—from concept development to on-site installation and teardown.
- Coordinate with external vendors, production houses, and contractors for fabrication, logistics, and setup.
- Oversee quality control and ensure consistency across deliverables.
Budgeting & Scheduling
- Develop and manage budgets for branding initiatives related to events and exhibitions.
- Maintain detailed project timelines, trackers, and status updates to ensure milestones are met on schedule.
On-Site Oversight
- Serve as the on-site branding lead at key events—conducting pre-event inspections, supervising installation, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Ensure brand standards are upheld throughout the duration of the event.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in event branding, exhibition design, or experiential marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and strategic event branding execution.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Hands-on experience operating branding and signage production equipment (e.g., printers, vinyl cutters, laminators, routers).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with safety standards for production environments.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Proven experience managing external vendors and adhering to budget constraints.
