We’re looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our team. You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing events from concept to completion, ensuring every detail is handled seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing events, from small gatherings to large-scale productions
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics
- Supervise on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing needs and handling last-minute changes professionally
- Prepare post-event reports and evaluations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of event management tools is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extra hours — events are not limited to a standard 9–5 schedule
- Comfortable managing multiple events in a single day if required
- Valid UAE driving license will be considered a strong advantage
- Arabic speaking will be considered a plus point
