We are a dynamic catering company delivering exceptional experiences through luxury high-end events and efficient corporate catering. We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Event Operator to ensure flawless event delivery and client satisfaction across all our catering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the onsite delivery and supervision of events to guarantee smooth execution and high service standards
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during events, ensuring a professional and confident presence
- Attend site visits with the sales team to assess venues, layouts, and client requirements
- Liaise closely with kitchen and logistics teams to coordinate timings, deliveries, and setups
- Assist with the training and management of part-time event staff, ensuring performance aligns with company standards
- Provide support in both office-based planning and on-the-ground execution
- Lead by example in maintaining a high level of service, presentation, and problem-solving
Requirements:
- Experience in event operations, hospitality, or catering—preferably in high-end or corporate settings
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Hands-on and adaptable with the ability to manage teams and handle high-pressure situations
- Comfortable working flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Excellent coordination skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with kitchen, logistics, and client teams
- Previous experience in staff supervision and client management
- UAE driver’s license and own car – mandatory for travel between event sites and offices
