Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Excavator Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating excavators safely and efficiently to excavate, move, and place materials.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Safe Operation: Operate excavators safely and efficiently to excavate, move, and place materials.
2. Pre-Operational Checks: Conduct pre-operational checks on excavators to ensure they are in good working condition.
3. Excavation and Material Handling: Excavate, move, and place materials such as soil, rock, and debris.
4. Site Preparation: Prepare sites for construction by clearing and excavating areas.
5. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other crew members to ensure safe and efficient excavator operations.
6. Maintenance and Inspection: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on excavators to ensure they are in good working condition.
7. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of excavator operations, maintenance, and inspections.
Requirements:
1. License and Certification: Hold a valid excavator operator license '8' and certification.
2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience operating excavators.
3. Training: Completion of a recognized excavator operator training program.
4. Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and withstand extreme weather conditions.
5. Language: Fluent in Hindi,English (prefered).
Skills:
1. Operational Knowledge: Knowledge of excavator operations, safety procedures, and regulations.
2. Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
3. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
4. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Work Environment:
1. Construction Sites: Work on construction sites, including outdoor and indoor environments.
2. Heavy Machinery: Work with heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, and cranes.
