We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This is a dynamic and critical role that requires exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. The Executive Assistant will act as a strategic partner, enabling the CEO to focus on high-priority business goals by managing administrative tasks, communications, scheduling, and special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and follow-up notes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Track and follow up on action items and deadlines on behalf of the CEO.
- Support the CEO with personal administrative tasks when needed.
- Attend meetings (when required), take minutes, and provide summaries.
- Assist in prioritizing and filtering incoming communications and tasks.
- Coordinate with various departments to support cross-functional initiatives.
- Manage special projects and conduct research as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High degree of professionalism and emotional intelligence.
- Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and calendar management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (in Business Administration or related field).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
- Background in project management or operations is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
