1. Menu Planning: Creates and plans menus for catering events, considering factors like dietary restrictions, event themes, and client preferences.
2. Kitchen Management: Oversees the catering kitchen, ensuring it runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
3. Food Preparation: Prepares and presents high-quality food, adhering to culinary standards and presentation guidelines.
4. Team Leadership: Supervises and trains a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent food quality and presentation.
