- Responds, sorts and distributes incoming correspondence, including phone calls, faxes and emails
- Facilitates collection, distribution and dispatch of all correspondence (couriers/ letters/ bills) related to the Business.
- Assist in maintaining company records, filing, databases, and documentation as per the requirement.
- Process and record daily financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist with bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and month-end closing procedures
- Maintain financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
- Developing new reliable business partners as per international regulations.
- Assist in logistics on cargos’ shipment.
- Communicating with business partners and order placement
- Responsible for Visa, work permit and JAFZA/NIP applications, renewals, and cancellations through the JAFZA portal and ensuring all contracts, passports, visas, EIDs are tracked
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all information at all times
