About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Executive to join Learning and Development team at Sarood Hospitality . The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Responsible for all property Learning and Development administrative activities.
- Supports the delivery and execution of Learning and Development initiatives.
- Provides Learning & Development service and support to all departments.
- Takes ownership of basic functional requests associated with Oracle Tahweel, Axonify and all other Learning systems and applications.
- Plays a key role in data collection, analysis, and action planning for the property.
- Coordinates and schedules various learning activities as needed.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- 2 years in a similar role, preferably at a 5-star hotel or Stand alone Restaurants chain.
- Diploma in Hotel Operations, Hotel Management, Human Resources or similar.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
