Job Summary
We are seeking a highly professional Lady Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant to provide direct support to the Chairman. The ideal candidate will be Arabic-speaking (native), polished, organized, and proactive, with experience working in VVIP environments. She must be confident in handling sensitive matters with discretion, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Organize and coordinate official events, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
- Handle confidential correspondence, calls, and documentation with utmost discretion
- Liaise professionally with internal teams, external stakeholders, and VIP guests
- Prepare and format reports, translations, presentations, and executive documents
- Provide support in protocol matters for high-level meetings and events
- Assist with personal and ad-hoc tasks as required by the Chairman
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role supporting senior executives or VIPs
- Arabic language native (Syrian or Lebanese nationality preferred)
- Strong command of English (spoken & written)
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Well-groomed, elegant, and highly presentable in professional settings
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Strong discretion, confidentiality, and ability to work under pressure
- UAE work experience is mandatory
- Willingness to work flexible hours if required
