We are seeking a skilled and passionate Facial Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have professional experience in providing facial and skin care treatments, with in-depth knowledge of Thalgo and Matis product ranges. The therapist will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, ensuring client satisfaction, and recommending appropriate treatments and home care products to achieve the best results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional facial treatments, skin analysis, and consultations.
- Provide a wide range of skin care services including deep cleansing, anti-aging facials, hydrating facials, and specialty treatments using Thalgo and Matis products.
- Recommend customized skin care routines and retail products to clients based on individual needs.
- Maintain a high standard of client care, comfort, and safety during all treatments.
- Keep updated with the latest techniques, trends, and product knowledge in skin care.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, hygienic, and fully stocked at all times.
- Assist in achieving salon sales goals through service excellence and retail recommendations.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on treatment progress.
Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Facial Therapist / Skin Care Specialist.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Thalgo and Matis products (mandatory).
- Excellent understanding of different skin types, conditions, and treatments.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, well-groomed, and passionate about beauty and wellness.
- Ability to work as part of a team and achieve set targets.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
