We are seeking a professional and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor / Facility Manager to manage and oversee all operations within a high-standard private household in Dubai. This role involves supervising and maintaining all facilities, ensuring cleanliness, and managing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing and maintaining all household facilities to ensure cleanliness, organization, and smooth day-to-day operations
Oversee maintenance, repairs, and renovations
Plan and coordinate in-house events (private party)
Clean and tidy rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other areas
Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing
Maintain cleaning equipment and report any issues
Ensure all areas of the residence are maintained to the highest standard, managing daily cleaning, organization, and general household upkeep
Provide friendly and respectful service when interacting with residents/guests
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a private household, luxury villa
Fluent English
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a private household, luxury villa, or 5-star hotel.
Proven ability to supervise housekeeping teams and manage household operations.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance
Strong attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
Physical stamina and mobility
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
