Facilities Management Sales Executive – Dubai
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with experience in Facilities Management (FM) to join our team in Dubai. If you are passionate about business development and have a strong network in the UAE, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities in Facilities Management (Hard & Soft services).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and facility managers.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly/annual sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of sales experience in FM, MEP, or related industry in the UAE.
- Strong client network within real estate/property management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- UAE Driving License is preffered.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
