Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of dining room personnel
- Ensure consistent high-level service and customer satisfaction
- Manage staff schedules and handle operational logistics
- Liaise between the kitchen and service areas to ensure smooth operations
- Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly
- Maintain inventory and report needs for supplies and equipment
- Train new employees and conduct regular staff meetings
- Implement and monitor health and safety protocols
