Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Food & Beverage (F&B) Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities for F&B services (banquets, catering, restaurant, events, etc.)
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, tour operators, and other potential partners.
- Promote F&B offerings through sales calls, presentations, site inspections, and tastings.
- Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to develop customized proposals and packages for clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies and revenue goals.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and other promotional activities.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
