A European managed Cleaning and Technical Services company in Dubai is looking to hire a dedicated Female Cleaning Supervisor with at least 2 years experience in cleaning Industry in the UAE , to:
· supervise/ manage more than 20 multinational cleaners (male/female)
· Cooperate/coordinate with the male supervisor at all times to ensure smooth service delivery
· Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
· Handles customer complaints effectively
· Monitor usage of equipment. Ensure all equipment are being used properly and cleaned daily
· Conduct training for new cleaners and for existing cleaners as required.
· Act as a reliever in the absence of the Male supervisor
Requirements:
Experience with the cleaning industry is a must
Experience in supervising more than 20 cleaners is a must
Can conduct training to new cleaners
Can handle customer complaints effectively
Excellent customer service skills
Effective communication skills
Proficient in English speaking and writing.
Hardworker and has initiative

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
