We’re on the lookout for a passionate, friendly, and enthusiastic Female Junior Barista to become a part of our team at PCKD Café. In this role, you will help create an exceptional coffee experience for our guests by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee station and café space.
- Monitor inventory and ensure availability of all necessary supplies and equipment.
- Address customer questions, feedback, and concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety standards to ensure a safe workspace.
- Help foster a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere for both customers and staff.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- A genuine passion for coffee and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a busy environment.
- Positive mindset, team spirit, and dependability.
Salary: AED 3,000 per month
