Job Title: Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact between the consultant and clients
- Manage appointments, calls, emails, and calendar scheduling
- Prepare and manage real estate documents, including offer letters, sales/purchase contracts, tenancy agreements, and other related documentation
- Assist in preparing presentations, client reports, and marketing materials
- Coordinate property viewings, follow-ups, and client communication
- Ensure accurate filing and documentation of deals and transactions
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant (Real Estate experience is a MUST)
- Excellent written and spoken English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail, especially with legal and contractual documents
- Tech-savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
