What You'll Do:
- Represent clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert guidance and personalized recommendations.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and close transactions efficiently.
- Generate and manage leads, building strong client relationships.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire transaction.
What You'll Bring:
- Fluency in German or Italian or Chinese (REQUIRED).
- Able to communicate in English.
- Age between 20 and 30 years old.
- Real estate experience (preferred, but not essential).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
