We are seeking a professional and friendly female Arabic-speaking receptionist to join our front office team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and should provide exceptional hospitality services with fluency in both Arabic and English. She will assist guests with check-in/check-out, reservations, and general inquiries, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a warm and courteous manner in Arabic and English
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage phone calls, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requests
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments
- Ensure the front desk is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required
- Proven experience in a similar front desk or guest service role, preferably in the hotel industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and behavior
- Familiarity with hotel booking software ( IDS) is a plus
- Flexible with shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
