- Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls (speaks VERY FLUENT ENGLISH-REQUIRED)
- Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain calendars
- Greet and welcome customers, clients, and other visitors
- Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations
- Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email
- Other ad-hoc, admin and secretarial task
- Reach out to existing and potential clients to present our service offering
- Learn details about our service offerings
- Address any questions or issues clients may have
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs
-Preferably with own residence visa/spouse visa
