We are looking for a presentable and confident Female Sales Executive to join our reputable car dealership in Dubai. No prior experience in the automotive industry is required, but candidates should have a strong sales background and excellent communication skills.
This is an in-showroom role, focused on assisting clients, understanding their needs, and finalizing vehicle sales.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
- Provide clear and accurate information about pricing, features, and availability
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Follow up with clients and ensure a smooth sales process
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Female candidate currently based in Dubai
- Presentable, professional, and confident personality
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- No prior car sales experience required
Compensation:
- Basic Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month
- Commission: Attractive commission structure based on performance
