Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills and be fluent in both English and Hindi. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our services, and converting leads into sales. This is a target-based role, ideal for individuals who are passionate about Tele sales and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain services clearly and persuasively.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales.
- Coordinate with the sales team and support ongoing campaigns.
- Provide feedback on customer concerns and market trends.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- Basic understanding of eCommerce and Digital Marketing is preferred.
- Ability to handle work responsibilities independently and professionally.
