Female Telemarketer (with IT Knowledge)

Training Center is seeking a Female Telemarketer with IT knowledge to manage inquiries, follow up with students, and promote our training programs.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Explain training programs and benefits to prospective students.
• Follow up with leads to ensure enrollment conversions.
• Maintain student inquiry records.

Requirements:

• Female candidate with strong communication skills.
• Basic IT knowledge preferred.
• Telemarketing or customer service experience is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 52 per week
