Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month (based on experience)

Estancia Capital is looking for a talented Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients and qualify leads over the phone
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
- Communicate company services and property details effectively
- Schedule meetings and follow up with clients
- Maintain CRM records and track call activity
- Draft and send professional follow-up emails
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
- Confident, proactive, and well-organized
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
- Real estate knowledge is a plus
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred
