We are hiring a Field Sales Executive with proven experience in the pharmacy, medical, or healthcare sectors within the UAE. This role requires strong communication skills in Arabic, Malayalam and English, and is ideal for someone confident in field sales and experienced in building client relationships
Responsibilities:
- Promote and represent the company’s products and services to clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare providers
- Actively identify and acquire new clients to expand our network across the UAE
- Conduct regular field visits to maintain and strengthen customer relationships
- Present product features, pricing, and the value proposition to potential customers
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and order processing
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in the UAE in the pharmacy, medical, or healthcare sector (mandatory)
- Proven success in lead generation and client acquisition
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Arabic, Malayalam and English (mandatory)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and field-ready
- Valid UAE driving license
