Key Accountabilities
- Scouting:
- Identify locations with potential or/& with Competition Presence
- Share the locations with Partners to gauge sales potential
- In case the location is identified by the Partner visit the location and provide analysis of the sales potential
- Share the location details with Geo-Mapping team to ensure no cannibalization impact on du Retails, Franchise or other Express Locations.
- RRMC & Compliance management
- Relevant document collection for the Express sales agents, Owner, Staff which included PP, Visa, EID, POA, Police Clearance, Establishment Card, Trade License, TDRA certificate etc.
- Compliance with CC TV requirement
- Compliance with training requirement of the Staff,
- Compliance with DSP management of POS staff
- Ensuring NOC uploading on TRA portal
- Ensuring timely renewal of all relevant document such as PP, Visa, EID, POA, Police Clearance, Establishment Card, Trade License, TDRA certificate etc
- Direct distribution
- Express PO creation
- Coordination between order management team and logistics
- Ensure order delivery
- Stock management at Express
- POS management
- Manage the Express requirement from branding, visibility perspective
- Ensure each Express has appropriate levels of stocks
- Ensure the CPR requirements are met for every sale in Express.
- Manage Mystery Shopping exercises to ensure the Express staff are offering products and offerings as per the product catalogue.
- Sales Management
- Assigning monthly target for GA and Quality KPIs per Express
- Managing various product portfolios
- Ensuring market share and counter share within the Area/Emirate
- Managing KPIs on monthly basis and ensuring required business deliverables
- Training and troubleshooting
- Product and offers training to the Express staff
- CPR Training
- New DSP Training
- DSP troubleshooting as and when required
- Market intelligence
- Monitoring and reporting competition activities – Sales, commission, products offer etc
- Monitor and report any unusual practice/arbitrage in the market
Qualifications
- Minimum Grade 10, Bachelor degree is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Sales role in Telecom/FMCG industry
- Good understanding of UAE Market
Skills
- Ability to work in any part of UAE
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrable experience and understanding of the Market
- Minimum computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Must speak 2 of the 5 languages English + 1 of Arabic / Hindi / Tagalog / Urdu / Malayalam / Bengali
