Medical Center Manager Required
A well-established medical center in Al Ain is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Medical Center Manager to oversee and lead the operations of the facility. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in medical marketing and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full supervision and daily management of the medical center.
- Leading the administrative and medical teams to ensure optimal performance and high-quality service.
- Coordinating with insurance companies, laboratories, and suppliers.
- Monitoring financial and administrative reports and achieving operational targets.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
- Developing and implementing marketing plans to attract patients and enhance the center’s reputation.
- Establishing medical partnerships with companies and factories in the region.
Requirements:
- University degree (preferably in Business Administration or Healthcare Management).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience managing a medical center or clinic.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in medical marketing and fieldwork.
- Proficiency in dealing with medical insurance systems and clinic management software.
