Job Responsibilities – Field Sales Representative
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of ISAS Beauty Academy, building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving student enrollments through direct engagement. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Visiting potential clients, beauty salons, spas, and related businesses to promote ISAS courses and services.
- Generating leads through field visits, networking events, and partnerships.
- Providing detailed information about our course offerings, curriculum, and career opportunities.
- Conducting one-on-one consultations to assess student needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Achieving and exceeding monthly enrollment and sales targets.
- Maintaining accurate sales reports, CRM records, and client follow-up logs.
- Coordinating with the marketing team to execute local promotional campaigns.
Requirements
✅ 5+ years of proven experience in field sales, education consulting, or a related industry.
✅ Strong business development skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English required; Tagalog or Arabic is a plus).
