We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented B2B Sales Representative to expand our presence in the coffee roasting and wholesale distribution sector. This role involves developing strong relationships with business clients, identifying new opportunities, and achieving sales targets through strategic outreach and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and target new business opportunities within cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, and retail outlets.
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing B2B customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
* Present and promote products to potential clients through meetings, tastings, and demonstrations.
* Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close sales and achieve targets.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service.
* Conduct market research to stay informed about trends, competitors, and potential leads.
* Develope strategies to maintain and follow-up on existing or new customers.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in coffee.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
* Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
* UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
