As the Finance Business Partner at TikTok and a member of the Global Finance team, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s continued success across the global markets. This position is based in our Dubai office. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to key global monetization businesses, providing valuable insights to support business decision-making. You’ll be an integral part of the finance team, collaborating closely with other finance business partners and cross-functional teams across the organization.
- Coordinate the budget planning process for global monetization: develop both short-term and long-term budget plans, monitor performance against budget, provide trend analysis to business leaders, and update financial forecasts on a regular basis
- Work out P&L based on monthly closing data, draft monthly and quarterly financial reports, track key financial indicators, analyze the difference between budget and actual, and conduct drill-down analysis on key budget accounts
- Independently and efficiently establish financial trackers and complete data consolidation, reconcile data with cross-functional teams and deliver robust data timely
- Daily operation: Review OA project/contract/payment application, keep strong momentum on compliance. Support business daily needs from a finance perspective
