Job Title: Finance Manager – Audit & Client Servicing (UAE Region)
Company Overview:
We are a growing financial consultancy firm led by Chartered Accountants and CA Intermediates, with a strong presence in the Abu Dhabi region. With increasing client engagements in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman, we are expanding our team to better serve our clients across the UAE.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Finance Manager who can independently manage client requirements in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling audits, leading client meetings, and driving business growth through relationship management and lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage and execute audit assignments for UAE-based clients
- Lead client meetings, provide expert financial advice, and maintain strong professional relationships
- Understand client needs and deliver customized financial solutions
- Convert assigned leads into long-term clients and revenue opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure high-quality service delivery
Qualifications:
- CA Finalist or CA Intermediate
- Minimum 3 years of experience with audit firms in the UAE (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of UAE accounting and audit practices
- UAE driving license is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of client relationships
Location: Dubai / Sharjah / Ajman (with travel as required)
Compensation: Competitive and based on experience

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
