Role Overview

You’ll be the cornerstone of our finance department, managing full-cycle accounting across multiple entities, driving compliance, and delivering insights that shape executive decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage accounting operations across all group entities
- Supervise junior accountants and data entry teams
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual standalone and consolidated financial statements
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the Board of Directors
- Coordinate and lead external audits and liaise with auditors
- Maintain compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
- File tax returns and ensure timely submissions
- Generate monthly sales performance reports and financial dashboards
- Prepare debit notes and follow up with principals for payment processing
- Support cross-functional teams with financial insights and operational assistance
- Monitor bank accounts and ensure all transactions are recorded in ODOO ERP
- Track expenses against budgets and allocate costs appropriately
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
- Supervise inventory accounting and reconciliation
- Assist the Office Manager with administrative and operational tasks
- Identify weaknesses in internal controls and recommend improvements
- Maintain and enhance finance SOPs across the group
- Ensure timely delivery of all financial reports and ad-hoc analyses
- Resolve financial issues independently and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with external stakeholders and internal teams
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices
Candidate Profile
- Education: BBA, CA, or ACCA
- Experience: 3 - 4 years of UAE-based accounting experience
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; able to read Arabic
- ERP Expertise: Mandatory experience with ODOO ERP
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in a group of companies is essential
- Knowledge Base: Strong grasp of IFRS, UAE VAT & CT regulations
