Job Summary
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, forecasting future financial performance, and supporting strategic decision-making. The role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to interpret financial trends to improve business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and strategic planning
- Analyze financial performance by collecting, monitoring, and studying data
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas of improvement
- Assist in preparing presentations for senior leadership and board meetings
- Evaluate financial performance of departments, business units, or investments
- Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and recommend actions
- Monitor industry trends and economic conditions that impact the business
- Support audit and compliance activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and accounting teams
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA is a plus)
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or related field
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of financial regulations, GAAP/IFRS
Preferred Skills
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with corporate finance principles and investment analysis
- Ability to present data-driven insights in a clear and concise manner
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
