- Coordinate financial reporting in the PA, coordinating with respective
PG.
- Track CAPEX and restructuring projects in the organization.
- Support PA Controller in ensuring internal control processes are aligned
within the Business Unit and follow Group principles.
- Coordinate and align processes across PA, including implementation ERP
and utilization of Financial Shared Services.
- Direct all financial
functions so that financial transactions, policies, and procedures meet the
organization's short and long-term business objectives and are conducted in
accordance with Group regulations, accounting principles, and standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing accounting as a Financial Controller within a multi-national company environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT processes and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing change control procedures.
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting to support financial planning.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation—with fluency in English mandatory.
- Experience in project accounting and managing related financial activities.
