Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients for firefighting systems, fire alarms, fire extinguishers, and related safety equipment.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within construction, real estate, facilities management, and industrial sectors.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Work closely with the design and estimation team to prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as per company goals.
- Stay updated with UAE Civil Defense regulations, NFPA standards, and local authority requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enhance sales strategies.
- Follow up on collections and ensure timely payments from clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in Firefighting, Fire Alarm, or ELV Systems in the UAE.
- Strong network with consultants, contractors, and developers in the region.
- Good knowledge of UAE Civil Defense approval processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
