KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Select, clean, and prepare various types of seafood, ensuring quality and freshness.
- Strong knowledge of fish and seafood varieties and their preparation methods.
- Excellent knife skills and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, including utensils and equipment.
- Advise customers on the best fish selections and sushi options based on taste and preferences.
- Stay updated on seafood trends and maintain knowledge of seasonal fish.
- Monitor stock levels, reorder seafood, and minimize waste.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper fish storage techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
