Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Fit-Out Supervisor to join our interior design and fit-out team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out works and a valid UAE driving license.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise on-site fit-out activities and ensure work is progressing according to schedule.
· Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and workers to meet project timelines.
· Ensure all interior finishes and installations are completed to high standards.
· Monitor manpower performance and report progress to senior management.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
· Identify and resolve any site issues or conflicts proactively.
· Assist in materials planning, site inspections, and progress reports.
Requirements
· Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out site supervision.
· Strong technical knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, gypsum, MEP coordination, and civil works.
· UAE Driving License is mandatory.
· Ability to read drawings and manage execution accordingly.
· Good communication skills and site management capabilities.
· Experience handling commercial, residential, or retail fit-out projects in UAE.
Education & Qualifications
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
· Technical certifications in construction or fit-out will be an added advantage.
