We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shisha Café Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our premium lounge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of shisha services and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily café operations, including shisha services and floor activities
- Ensure high-quality customer service and handle guest concerns or requests professionally
- Manage, train, and motivate staff to maintain service standards
- Monitor hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in compliance with UAE regulations
- Oversee shisha preparation, equipment maintenance, and inventory control
- Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff attendance
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a shisha lounge, café, or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of shisha preparation, flavors, and hygiene standards
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Customer-focused with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, late-hour environment
- Proficiency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus
