We are leading facilities management company offers total facilities management solutions predominantly to healthcare sector and Commercial sectors. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors in Facilities Management domain. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, strategic market research, and effective communication to close deals and maintain long-term partnerships. The candidate should be well-versed in the UAE market, capable of working independently, and committed to exceeding sales targets while upholding the company’s reputation for quality and reliability.
Business Growth & Sales Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including property managers, facility management companies, and corporate offices.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and participation in industry events.
- Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and contract negotiations to secure new business.
- Prepare and submit business proposals, quotations, and service agreements in coordination with tendering team.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Assist in the development and execution of strategies for business expansion and revenue growth.
Market Research & Strategic Planning
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets and segments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotional materials tailored to the target audience.
- Provide feedback on market demand and suggest improvements or new service offerings.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Address client concerns and provide effective, timely solutions to maintain service quality.
- Negotiate contract renewals, upsell services, and manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle.
- Manage key accounts and foster long-term partnerships through regular engagement and support.
Team Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the operations and service delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and client engagement activities.
- Participate in internal meetings to align with broader business development strategies and goals.
Education: Graduate with additional marketing qualifications.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in UAE from FM/ Service industry.
Languages: English and Arabic
Shall be with UAE driving license.
