Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules that maximize productivity while accommodating facility usage.
- Oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure adherence to established standards of cleanliness and safety across all facilities.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate cleaning staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Perform regular inspections of areas to identify cleaning needs and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all items are stocked, maintained, and compliant with safety standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule deep cleaning and maintenance activities without disrupting operational flow.
- Address and resolve any complaints or issues related to cleaning services promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and manage cleaning budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective practices.
- Implement training programs focused on proper cleaning techniques, equipment handling, and safety procedures.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and innovations in cleaning technologies to improve service quality.
Desired Candidate Profile and Skills:
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in facility management
- Experience in facility management or operational services is added advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and capable of multitasking.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the facility management industry.
- Proficient in computer skills for scheduling, reporting, and inventory management.
- Valid driver's license.
