Key Responsibilities
1. Site Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and safety regulations.
- Monitor and control the use of materials and equipment to minimize waste and ensure proper usage.
2. Planning & Scheduling
- Assist in the development of short-term programs and schedules.
- Allocate work to laborers according to skills and experience.
- Ensure all required tools and materials are available before work starts.
3. Quality Assurance
- Ensure work is carried out to the required quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and report any non-conformances.
- Collaborate with the site engineer or quality inspector to resolve issues.
4. Health & Safety
- Enforce company and statutory HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct daily toolboxes and safety briefings.
- Monitor site conditions to identify and mitigate hazards.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily site work reports.
- Record workforce hours, material usage, and progress.
- Report delays, incidents, and variations to site management.
6. Communication & Coordination
- Act as the link between site management and workers.
- Attend coordination meetings and relay instructions to the workforce.
- Liaise with suppliers, engineers, and subcontractors as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a foreman in the relevant civil works.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, and safety standards.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
