We are looking for an experienced Paint Foreman to supervise and manage all painting activities on site. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in high-end finishing, knowledge of various paint systems, surface preparation, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise painting teams and daily site activities.
- Ensure proper surface preparation and paint application as per specifications.
- Coordinate with site engineers and QA/QC for inspections.
- Maintain safety and quality standards on site.
- Monitor material usage and reduce wastage.
- Maintain daily work reports and progress tracking.
