Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in plant operations within the construction or EPC industry.
- Prior experience in infrastructure projects involving substations and water/sewerage pipelines is preferred.
- Strong understanding of heavy equipment maintenance and safety protocols.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operation and maintenance of heavy equipment and machinery.
- Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Track equipment usage, fuel consumption, and movement across project sites.
- Supervise plant operators, mechanics, and helpers.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and conduct regular safety checks.
- Coordinate with project teams for equipment mobilization and support.
- Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance records.
- Train staff on safe operation of plant equipment.
