About the Role:
Oron Trade is seeking an experienced Forex Dealer & Risk Management Specialist to oversee trade execution, manage exposure, and ensure proper risk controls across our trading operations. This role is critical to the smooth functioning of our dealing desk and protecting the firm from trading-related risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute client and internal trades with liquidity providers in real-time.
- Monitor market exposure, P&L, and client activity to manage overall risk.
- Ensure adherence to risk limits and escalate unusual trading behavior.
- Manage A/B book strategies and optimize profitability.
- Maintain relationships with liquidity providers and ensure competitive pricing.
- Collaborate with tech teams on platform integration and trade flow optimization.
- Generate reports on trading activity, exposure, and risk metrics.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in forex dealing and risk management at a broker or financial institution.
- Deep understanding of MT4/MT5 platforms, liquidity bridges, and pricing models. Strong analytical and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Experience with A/B book handling, hedging, and exposure balancing.
- Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
