We are looking for a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to join our factory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, stack, and count materials and products in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the factory or warehouse.
- Transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the facility.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning or documenting material movements.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines for forklift operation.
- Inspect equipment daily and report any mechanical issues or damage.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Assist with other warehouse or factory tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a forklift operator (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Valid forklift license or certification (required).
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts if needed.
- Basic understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
