Your day to day
Reservations Management
Oversee daily operations of the reservations team, ensuring accuracy in bookings, confirmations, and guest correspondence.
Manage group and individual reservations, including special requests, VIP arrangements, and long-stay requirements.
Ensure all reservations are entered correctly in the system with updated rates, availability, and policies.
Revenue & Sales Support
Support revenue management strategies by monitoring booking pace, market trends, and demand patterns.
Assist in maximizing occupancy and revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting packages.
Work closely with Sales & Marketing to convert leads, group bookings, and special events.
Team Leadership
Train, guide, and supervise reservations agents to maintain high service standards.
Monitor team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Guest Experience
Maintain excellent communication with guests, handling queries, complaints, and special requests promptly.
Ensure VIP guests and repeat customers receive personalized reservation service.
Support smooth check-in/check-out processes by coordinating with Front Office and other departments.
Administration & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on reservations, cancellations, and room occupancy trends.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, payment security, and hotel policies.
Provide feedback to management on system improvements and process enhancements.
What we need from you
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
2–4 years’ experience in reservations, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
Knowledge of Opera PMS / CRS or other hotel reservation systems.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Fluency in English (Arabic or Russian is an advantage).
Leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
