A leading healthcare and aesthetics provider is looking for a Front Line Officer to be the first point of contact for our patients and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Manage front desk operations, including appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and handle administrative tasks efficiently
- Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with healthcare standards
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any medical-related field (Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health, or similar)
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
