Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services or repair packages.
- Schedule vehicle service appointments and maintain service calendar.
- Follow up with customers regarding job progress, quotations, and approvals.
- Coordinate with technicians, spare parts department, and service advisors to ensure timely job completion
- Escalate urgent or delayed cases to the manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum a Diploma or Graduate. An educational background in automotive field is a plus.
- 1-2 years home-country experience in a sales/support/admin role, in an automotive or garage environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
- Must be comfortable working in a customer-facing environment.
