You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :
1. Middle East Media Strategy:
- Define the best full funnel strategy for the Middle East to ensure Sephora’s ownership of share of voice across the region.
- Define specific media and performance strategy and optimize across the calendar in key KCPs and animation periods.
- Define specific strategy for performance media assuring new client recruitment and best balance possible for paid / free traffic.
- Influence the content factory for appropriate assets and concepts to ensure impactful visibility & desirability across the funnel.
- Ensure media innovation especially in branding to build new brand statement opportunities.
- Manage all key OOH bookings, timelins and dates ensuring the securing of all key placements required as per marketing and animation calendar, including but not limited to securing and pioneering new areas of investment.
2. Middle East media plan shaping, deployment and monitoring:
- Work closely with the agency to build, monitor and track all campaigns with clear deliverables and measurable metrics and benchmarks.
- Orchestrate all the agencies from the brief to the final monitoring to ensure clear KPIs are set with deliberate output for the year and manage any changes required.
3. Campaign Calendar Management and Budget Optimization:
- Successfully manage media and campaign calendar to ensure no cannabilization and effieciences on spend across all digital platforms.
- Report and manage key insights on all tracked KPIs to measure the effectiveness of media campaigns and optimize performance.
- Understand key target audiences and ensure media efforts are effectively targeting the right audiences as per campaign objective.
- Consolidate post campaign results into insightful and clear post campaign reports with key learnings and benchmarking set for future campaign management.
- Build the right reports, tools and methods to clearly measure and monitor the impact of media strategy on brand awareness and business
- Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resourses and alignment with key calendar objectives.
4. Team Management and Cross Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with all key marketing leads to ensure full 360 coherence across all customer touchpoints connected to the full funnel media strategy.
- Ensure key partnering with all cross functional teams to align key launch, planning and animation calendars across brick and click for effective media planning and spend.
- Ensure clear coordination through process, meetings and calendars between the media teams and their cross functional partners across the business for key alignment and media execution.
5. Key Agency Reviews, Management and Performance Assessments:
- Ensure clear contracting of deliverables between all key media agencies across full funnel spend, app optimization and affiliate marketing.
- Ensure performance assessments are carried out against the key deliverables aligned with all agencies two times a year- mid year review and full year review appraisal.
- Plan, lead and execute all key strategy meeting reviews required for planning and execution with all key media agencies.
- Liaise with LVMH Media as required on all optimziatons, reporting and appraisals as required by the business.
